Withdrawal of licence Any person who shall enter for, drive in, officiate at, or in any manner whatsoever take part in a prohibited competition will be suspended by the ASN which has issued them with their licence. Provided that the prohibited competition has been or is to be held outside the jurisdiction of such ASN, the two ASNs concerned shall agree as to the duration of the penalty and should they fail to so agree the matter shall be referred to the FIA for a reasoned decision.
