Maar niet al te lang  Herck en zijn management uiten zware kritiek op de organisatie van het Belgisch FRenault 1600 kampioenschap. Laten we het erop houden dat het ene team iets meer gelijk is als het andere team Herck en consorten laten het BK dan ook varen en richten hun pijlen op de andere twee kampioenschappen en op de stap die hij volgend jaar gaat maken naar wellicht F3.
