The World Rally Championship Commission and a number of other stakeholders involved in the World Rally Championship met in Paris today (August 27) to discuss proposals to be presented to the World Motor Sport Council on October 13, 2004.
The following proposals were unanimously approved:
Servicing
Servicing will be carried out by a fixed number of identified mechanics for each team.
Superally

Safety
For the two last asphalt rallies of the 2004 Championship, all competitors will be allowed to send a safety car on the Rally route prior to its official closure.
In 2005 the manufacturers will collectively provide one car which will make last-minute safety information available to all competitors.

Lijkt me toch iets heel anders dan dagwinnaars enz.
