In de Start84 van deze week staat een klein stukje over het Belcar reglement 2005. We hoeven geen schokkende wijzigingen te verwachten. Alleen op het punt van de safety-car situaties zijn er enkele veranderingen mogelijk op komst. E.e.a. volgens de woorden van M. Martens in dat stukje.
