Sheikh Maktoum Hasher Maktoum Al Maktoum, Founder and President of A1 Grand Prix, announced the news at the spectacular launch of A1 Team Mexico in Mexico City, where excitement mounted to near fever pitch at the prospect of Mexico and Brazil competing against each other when racing begins.
