Kleine kink in de kabel voor de nieuwe teams die een chassis willen nabouwen. In de Autosport van deze week staat te lezen dat het kopen van de intellectuele rechten en dan het zelf fabriceren van de onderdelen niet voldoende is om volgens de Concorde Agreement aangezien te worden voor een nieuwe constructeur. E.e.a. schijnt in de praktijk lastiger te zijn dan eerst werd gedacht.
Squadra Torro Rosso, voorheen Minardi, heeft ook last van dit probleem in 2006.
