Indien er geen oplossing is er in april 2006 wederom een circuit op de fles. Men weet nu al dat men in 2006 +/- 1.5 miljoen Euro verlies gaat lijden op de exploitatie.

Toch weet de burgermeesters van Hockenheim dat de GP van 2006, 2007 en 2008 niet in gevaar komt. De boete-clausule zal wel hoger zijn dan de mogelijke exploitatieverliezen
