Ja, was een Nederlandse organisator. Wie? Roger Peeters met BV Race&Rally nr. zoveel  Het was zijn eerste evenement als organisator van een wedstrijd.......de beste man had eerder ervaring opgedaan met de beurs Race&Rally in Maastricht in 2003 en 2004.
