Ja en nee, het is wederom een geval van: ''Het is in orde qua reglement maar niet in de geest van het reglement" Dat zal altijd discussie opleveren.
Opvallend dat Red Bull en Torro Rosso het document over een mogelijke aanklacht tegen Ferrari niet ondertekend hebben
