Voormalig ontwerper Gary Anderson laat werkelijk geen spaan heel van de nieuwe FIA plannen. Het plan is alleen maar getest met CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) methoden en niet in een windtunnel. Daarnaast is het testwerk met CFD maar zeer beperkt geweest. Het hele concept kan volgens Anderson simpelweg niet werken. Zijn oplossing? Heren FIA, kijk eens naar GP2. Daar rijden de wagens wel kort achter elkaar, de oorzaak? Achteraan een simpele Venturi en vooraan een lage vleugel.........dat is het truukje

E.e.a. staat te lezen in de Autosport van de vorige week. Dat ze bij de FIA maar eens voorbeeld nemen aan Nascar i.v.m. het introduceren van nieuwe technische regels. |
