Sainz' uitleg over zijn crash :
Carlos Sainz believes that the shunt which put him out of the Monte Carlo Rally on SS9 was caused by spectators.
“I slid on a piece of dirty snow,” explained the Spanish former double World Champion. “This was not in my pace-notes and I think the snow was coming from the spectators walking on the road.”
Goed mogelijk, maar dat is voor iedereen gelijk, en als je 100% blind op je nota's vertrouwt ben je volgens mij toch risico's aan het nemen. Er kan altijd iets veranderd zijn sinds je laatste verkenning...
