Stalwart Nissan team RJN Motorsport is planning an entry into the Green Flag MSA British Touring Car Championship in 2004. If the squad's plans reach fruition, it will race a new shape Nissan Primera (pictured), built to European Touring Car specification by the works Nissan Motorsport Europe organisation in 2002.
RJN contested the European Touring Car Championship with its P11 model Primeras in 2001 and won two races, at the Nurburgring and Jarama with Tommy Rustad.
"Of course, we would need to find sponsors as this is an Independent programme, but the BTCC is a fantastic opportunity with its TV package".
