Belgische race Volvo S60's naar Duitsland!
Nu kom ik al jaren in Spa en altijd zag ik een "Opel gesponsorde aanhangwagen" staan als ik vanaf de afrit van de autoweg richting La Source reed. Nooit enig idee gehad wat dat nu precies was.
Blijken die Volvo's uit de Veedol Langstrecken Pokal in België gebouwd te worden door het team van Mühlner Motorsport
Grote plannen hebben ze daar voor 2004, 2 maal een S60 voor de sprints in de Langstrecken Pokal (toch nog altijd tussen de 3 en 6 uur) en een aparte S60 voor de 24 uur van de Nordschleife.
Tevens willen ze twee Porsche 911 GT3 Cups inzetten tijdens de 24 uur van Spa..............
Toch gek dat een dergelijk team meer in Duitsland rijdt dan in Belgie..........maar ja, als Duits Volvo Dealerteam kunnen ze weinig anders denk ik
