WTCC gaat racen in de stad, vanaf 2006 in Helsinki

Het lijkt wel stratencircuits weer in de mode komen. Dit jaar een race in Bilbao, Spanje voor de World Series V6. Vanaf 2006, volgens autosport.nl, een stratenrace in Helsinki voor het WTCC. Is dit een nieuwe tendens? Breng de sport weer naar de mensen terug waar ze wonen?

Hebben ze in Helsinki ten tijde v.d. 155 ti Dtm al eens niet geracet ? Ik herinner me precies iets dat ze daar in de chicane de bandenstapels regelmatig "verplaatst" hebben .

Als ik me niet vergis is dit een mooit stratencircuit.

Dus geen DTM in Helsinki de komende 3 jaren?
