Mercedes SLS GT3
Mercedes werkt aan een GT3 project met de nieuwe SLS, waarvan er ondertussen al foto's ziin uitgelekt.

Misschien is dit wel de reden van de breuk met McLaren.

Mark, bedankt voor het filmpje hier te posten!

Die SLS GT3 ziet er wel een mooie bolide uit, hopelijk zien we hem ook eens aan het werk in het FIA GT3 kampioenschap.

In het filmpje zag je iemand op een schermje de wedstrijd volgen. Weet iemand wat er precies achter zit? Zendt het circuit een DVB-T signaal uit? Zou wel heel knap zijn en mogen ze meteen in Francorchamps en Zolder ook doen!

De mercedes zag er idd heel mooi uit en had ook een heel mooi geluid bij zich, alleen jammer van de aanrijding in de eerste bocht. Heeft daardoor een half uur in de pits gestaan. Anders had hij een heel mooi resultaat neergezet.

De vln race kan je al sinds vorig seizoen volgen via tv. Het enige wat je moet hebben is een klein antenneke dat je op je pc zet. Of voor 75 euro kan je dit bestellen op hun site. http://www.vln.de/zuschauer_fancollection.de.php

TBR zet volgend jaar een Mercedes in in de FFSA, wss in de 24h van Spa en misschien ook in de Belcar. (Turbo FR)

Hopelijk zorgen de verhoogde kosten (€330.000 voor de Mercedes) niet voor problemen en wordt de GT3 nu het kampioenschap onder GT1. Met wagens als Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, BMW, Ferrari, Mustang, Corvette, Lamborghini en misschien ook Nissan zou dit wel eens goed kunnen.

Ook Black Falcon (FIAGT3, VLN en 24h Spa) en Graff Racing (FIAGT3 en FFSA) zetten één of meerdere meerdere Mercedessen in.

In het ADAC GT Masters (duits GT3 kampioenschap) zetten Black Falcon, Mamerow Racing en Heico Motorsport ieder 2 SLS'en in (bron: gt.eins.de). Ook Zolder staat voor volgend jaar op de kalender: 5+6 juni (bron: gtmasters.org).

Dat wordt smullen!

Deze is het http://www.heico-motorsport.com/ , kan daar weinig Volvo op ontdekken. Als Black Falcon met MB aan de slag gaat, komen daar denk ik enkele R8's beschikbaar.

Zo te lezen hebben Heico Motorsport en Heico Sportiv wel een onderling verleden maar is men nu onafhankelijk.

Ook 2 SLS GT3's in Spaans en Open GT serie. Bron GT-Eins.
Das aus Portugal stammende Team Sports & You hat angekündigt, 2011 mit zwei Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 anzutreten, wobei unter anderem Läufe der GT-Open-Serie sowie der Spanischen GT auf dem Programm stehen sollen. In der abgelaufenen Saison setzte die Sports & You-Mannschaft einen Aston Martin DBRS9 in der GTS-Klasse der Spanischen Meisterschaft ein. Als Fahrer für das erste der beiden neuen Fahrzeuge wurden Jose Pedro Fontes und Miguel Barbosa benannt.
