Ik ben zeer benieuwd naar deelnemer 15, John Nielsen met zijn DBA4S (eigenlijk een Reynard 02S, nooit afgemaakt door de fabriek).
Tijdens de laatste test op Jerez draaide hij een 1.32, das leuk maar als je weet dat Herbert diezelfde dag met zijn Bentley op het cicruit met een low-fuel run een 1.31,1 draaide dan is de LMP675 van Nielsen spectaculair snel. Volgens Nielsen zit er nog meer in het beestje, was pas een van de eerste testritten

Enne...wie was er zaterdag aanwezig bij de persvoorstelling van de Pagani Zonda GR ... ? Juist ja...John Brooks himself. En zo heeft Werner uiteindelijk es een woordje kunnen praten met een groot idool van hem.

Nou de Lister LMP is tijdens de test op Dijon al sneller dan de Dome van Lammers. Om precies te zijn, 1.3 sec. sneller dan de pole-tijd van Lammers vorig jaar.
Op ouwe bandjes en kleinere restrictors, Sebring is wellicht wat vroeg.............maar juni niet Info zojuist gelezen op Dailysportscar

So how quick is a 1:32.0, around Jerez? Paddock rumours suggest that Bentley have set a 1:31.1 at the Spanish track, on qualifiers, while Audi’s best this year is a 1:31.7. However, Nielsen was three tenths up on his best time part way round another lap, so perhaps a mid 1:30, on race tyres, was achievable by Big John and the DBA4-03S.
