Te koop Corvette
Te koop: Unieke private Corvette C5-R

De Corvette C5-R met chassisnummer 7 is uniek in Europa. Tot dusver is het de enige officiële C5-R die ingezet werd door een privé-team. De wagen beschikt over een enorm potentieel en kan een fantastische troef zijn in menig nationaal en internationaal GT-kampioenschap.

Historiek:

GM zette deze in als reservewagen op de 24 uren van Le Mans 2002. Tijdens de winter van 2002-2003 kocht de Belgische uithoudingsspecialist Marc Vannerum deze wagen om in te zetten in Belcar-kampioenschap. Jammer genoeg is de huidige eigenaar vanwege gezondheidsproblemen verplicht de Corvette weer van de hand te doen.

Motor Pratt&Miller/ K-Tech 7 liter V8

Dit zou dus kunnen betekenen dat de Corvette uit de Belcar verdwijnt! En wat zijn nu de plannen voor 2004 van Patrick Selleslagh

Ik ga er niet meer over zeggen dat laat ik over aan het team en de rijders maar er is toch wel wat meer aan de hand

En jij bent echt niet de enige die er zo over denkt... Wat Marc betreft : alle beterschap, dit hadden we jou echt niet toegewenst.

Na alle geruchten omtrent en vooral IN het team, doet de verkoop van de wagen in feite geen stof meer opwaaien, dit hadden we al verwacht, los van de (jammerlijke) gezondheidsproblemen van Marc vannerum, die we een spoedig herstel toewensen !

Als ik depaddock goed heb gelezen afgelopen weken, dan heeft SRT in principe geen wagen meer. Corvette staat te koop, de Mondeo is verkocht aan MSE.

Dus geen SRT meer in 2004?
