Formule 1 seizoen 2005 - voorlopige line-up drivers
The 2005 driver line-up - the story so far

It has been a busy couple of days for driver announcements, with Jacques Villeneuve revealing two deals in the space of 24 hours and Toyota finally confirming Jarno Trulli for next season. So how is the 2005 grid shaping up?

Ferrari:
Michael Schumacher, Rubens Barrichello

BAR:
Jenson Button*, Unconfirmed

Renault:
Fernando Alonso, Giancarlo Fisichella

Williams:
Mark Webber, Jenson Button*

McLaren:
Kimi Raikkonen, Juan Pablo Montoya

Sauber:
Jacques Villeneuve, Felipe Massa

Jaguar:
Unconfirmed, Unconfirmed -> will pull out of the formula 1 next season - for sale!

Toyota:
Ralf Schumacher, Jarno Trulli

Jordan:
Unconfirmed, Unconfirmed -> looking for new engine supplier if Ford stops their activities.

Minardi:
Unconfirmed, Unconfirmed -> same problem as Jordan...

*Both Williams and BAR claim to have valid contracts with Jenson Button for 2005. Button wants to drive for Williams. The matter is due for consideration by the Contract Recognition Board. Both teams have agreed not to contest any decision it makes.

Sato is ook al bevestigd voor 2005 bij BAR.

Jordan is gewoon in het algemeen op zoek naar geld. Het gerucht doet ook de ronde dat ze Toyota motoren zouden willen gebruiken.

Toch even meegeven dat we graag hebben hier dat wanneer je copieert van een andere site, je steeds aan bronvermelding doet. dwz. even de url van de site vermelden met een linkje ernaartoe. Alvast bedankt.



Over de line-up voor volgend jaar zal nog veel te doen zijn. Zeker nu dat Ford beslist heeft van zich terug te trekken. Wordt zeker vervolgd.

Ik had iets beter de "spelregels" moeten lezen ;o). Maar het uitreksel komt van "http://www.formula1.com ".

Ford heeft net bevestigd dat het tevens "Cosworth" te koop stelt en Jordan is inderdaad "aan 't shoppen" bij Toyota...

Geen probleem hoor.

Ben eens benieuwd of dat Mercedes nu ook werk gaat maken van een "klantenmotor" was eerder al sprake van, maar nooit iets concreet.

Nu wordt er al gezegd, dat als BAR het beroep tegen Williams wint omtrent Button, dat we dan misschien geen Button zien in 2005. Het mag wel duidelijk zijn dat Jenson zich daar niet meer 100% thuisvoelt. BAR kan (en zal) Jenson dan verbieden om voor een ander team te racen.

Ik hoop echt zo hard dat Williams wint! Maar jammer gaan de CRB zich pas na de laatste race van het seizoen over de contracten buigen, nog ff afwachten dus.

Volgens F1racing.nl hebben BAR en Williams aangedrongen tot een vroegere bekendmaking van de CRB en dit is blijkbaar verhoord. Woensdag gaan ze zich over de contracten buigen, en dan zullen we waarschijnlijk tijdens het GP weekend van China vernemen waar Jenson volgend jaar mag/moet rijden.

Dat wordt ff bang afwachten (en hopelijk wordt het Williams )

Begin maar overal een derde naam bij te zetten ...................of de eerste 10 wagens uit de GP2-klasse

Trouwens, reglementair is daar al een voorstel voor ingediend.....en wellicht al goedgekeurd. Dit onderwerp heeft +/- 1 jaar geleden in de diverse media gestaan dat bij een tekort aan F1 wagens wagens uit de F3000 toegelaten werden tot de GP. Niks nieuws, dat was in de jaren zestig ook het geval.

Mochten de GP2 wagens idd zo snel zijn zoals men denkt dat ze zullen zijn dan zijn ze bijna net zo snel als een Minardi

Coulthard is zich ook aan't verkopen precies. Hij beweert dat hij dit jaar één of twee races gewonnen had moest hij beschikking hebben over de BAR van Button. En 't zou aan zijn ervaring liggen.

Dan mag hem mij toch wel eens vertellen welke races hij gewonnen zou hebben hoor
Misschien kan hij volgend jaar (met BAR) wel voor de titel gaan (horen we dat hem niet elk jaar zeggen? )

ik ben al jaren fan van coulthard, en ik hoop van harte da hij naar BAR gaat. Anders is zijn carrière compleet voorbij

Ik denk niet dat button uit de f1 zal verdwijnen. Desnoods rijdt hij in een minardi
Al gaat hij wel gezichtsverleis lijden als blijkt dat onzen bas sneller is

DC mag voor mij gerust ook nog in de f1 blijven. Hij is mss niet dé snelste maar heeft tonnen ervaring en is soms nog behoorlijk snel ook...

No offense, maar is die al niet 2 jaar geleden geeindigd?

De laatste 2 jaar heeft hij mij weinig kunnen overtuigen (-> in vgl me Iceman! (of ligt dat ah materiaal --> of doen ze dat enkel bij Ferrari???)
