Belgische autosport op de Nederlandse radio.
De regio Nederlands Zuid-Limburg ligt bijna in België
 Voor ons Limbo's liggen Zolder en Spa om de hoek, Zandvoort is voor ons een wereldreis. Niet alleen voor de fans maar ook voor de Limburgse coureurs. Vandaar dat we de laatste jaren een stijging zien van het aantal Limburgers die actief zijn op de Belgische circuits.Op basis van dit gegeven wil Radio Parkstad (regio Heerlen-Kerkrade-Maastricht) meer aandacht geven aan de autosport in 2006 in haar wekelijkse sportprogramma, Parkstad Regio Sport. De focus ligt op Zolder, Spa, Belcar, DSC en BTCS. Door middel van de prestaties van de Limburgers wil men de autosport onder de aandacht brengen van de mensen in de Zuid-Limburg. Daarnaast zullen de Limburgers die actief zijn in andere takken van de autosport ook gevolgd worden. Op zondag 26-03 zal er tussen 15.00 en 16.00 uur een introductie plaatsvinden voor de luisteraars. We proberen het e.e.a uit te leggen aan de luisteraars. De eerste uitzending zit er op en is goed gegaan voor een rookie
Meteen al gemerkt dat je alles moet opschrijven wat je wil vertellen. Al doende leren we bij. Het is de bedoeling dat we wekelijks aandacht besteden aan de Limburgers in de (Belgische) autosport.Zodra er uitzendtijdstippen, gasten en andere info bekend is laten we dit weten.

Hi,
Ik heb even zitten luisteren via de Live - Stream. Het was boeiend om te horen. Misschien heb je intro gemist... Maar misschien is het eens leuk om te vertellen over de mensen rondom het circuit, marshalls enz....

Vind dit een zeer leuk initiatief, waar de belgische media gerust in mag volgen naar mijn mening. Want we hebben in Belgie op korte afstand eigenlijk twee mooie circuits, die iets toevoegen aan de maatschappij, en ook op commercieel gebied iets toevoegen tot hun regio. Om nog maar te zwijgen van hun effekt op het motorsportgebied! Dus media, volgen aub ! Iets op een positieve manier in het licht stellen kan nooit kwaad ...

Het eerste team dat naar de studio zal komen, OP ZONDAG 2 APRIL, is het “Rudolph Racing Team” die dit jaar uitkomen in de “Belcar” en afgelopen jaar in de Dutch Supercar Challenge, waar de derde plaats in het overall kampioenschap werd behaald. Het Team zal bestaan uit de twee bekende coureurs, Edward en Roger Grouwels, aangevuld met gastrijders tijdens de meer uurs races.
