Nu had ik toch zo gehoopt om dit jaar minder weekends te draaien door het nieuwe Belcar-concept Helaas, de weekends vliegen erbij in Zolder 4 weekends van de TC + Historic GP inleveren en je krijgt er 5 andere evenementen voor terug. Dat is geen slechte ontwikkeling bedrijfsmatig gezien. Ok........op die donderdagen na dan

De Beru Top 10 gaat proberen om naar Zolder te komen. Hockenheim heeft laten weten dat ze deze wedstrijd niet willen omdat ze te weining geld binnen krijgen. Zij hebben liever trackdays enz. wegens hun nakend failliet.

Most lijkt ook afgevoerd te zijn (hoop ik tenminste) en daardoor is Zolder de voorlopige enige keuze.
Maar of een datum (A weekend) kan vrijgemaakt worden is een andere zaak natuurlijk.

Maar zelfs als we komen is Top 10 lang niet meer zo geweldig als het was. Renault doet slechts 4 wedstrijden binnen de Top 10, Fiesta is nog steeds niet vrijgegeven van hogerhand en de toerwagens (Procar) is nog met veel vraagtekens voorzien.

De Beru Top 10 is idd nog maar een schim van wat het ooit is geweest. De Radicals (ook die van Frensh?) schijnen in 2006 van de partij te zijn tijdens de Beru Top 10 weekends.

Wij zetten waarschijnlijk geen Radicals in, te veel vraagtekens bij de Duitse inrichter (dubieus volk, veel beloven maar weinig konkreet).
Het hangt natuurlijk van de rijders af, als zij echt willen doen we het. Ze maken hier de fout 3 types Radical toe te laten, zelfs de SR8.

Btw het is FrensCh.

Geen Top 10 te Zolder, de inrichters konden niet tot een akkoord komen. De Flop 10 bestaat nu nog uit 7 wedstrijden.

Ben eens gaan checken op circuit-zolder.be, en daar stond niets erover vermeld. Dus ik vrees dat het dit jaar niets zal zijn voor de historic-liefhebbers.

De Historic is door de nederlandse inrichter afgevoerd. Te veel verlies vorig jaar, zegt hij.
Toch gek dat deze Historic wedstrijden elders WEL een vol en interessant huis hebben.

Het klopt er zal dit jaar geen historic races te zien zijn in Zolder.
Maar er wordt al hard gewerkt voor een nieuwe versie te maken voor het seizoen 2007.
Dus laten we het een jaartje uitstellen en hopen op een versie van jaren geleden waar ook het show element aan bod kwam.
