een steuntje in de rug, bij mijn post op een nederlands forum kreeg ik meteen commentaar waarom ik geen foto van de mini op het net had gezet van de afgelopen race. Dus zelfs de kezen
 , zijn dol op de mini.

Kleine opmerking je hebt een klein foutje gemaakt... Het is niet omdat er in die Mini een motor zit met BMW onderdelen maar wel door artikel 5 van het technisch reglement 5. Het is toegelaten om de motor van een aanvaarde wagen te vervangen door een motor van dezelfde merkengroep als degene waarmee hij is uitgerust om op de openbare weg te rijden. Motoren uit de FIA-groep C, de FIA-groep GT1 of de FIA-groep Sportscars of daarmee gelijk te stellen klassen in andere disciplines waar ook ter wereld komen hiervoor niet in aanmerking. Dus je mag bijvoorbeeld in een Peugeot 106 de motor leggen van een Venturi (is een Citroën motor) indien het motorvolume met een klasse is in te passen (wat niet het geval is)...
