Geen idee, ben niet betrokken bij de projecten van RFB. Wim heeft dit vertelt op een donderdag training. Blijkbaar één van hun engineurs is dit ook voor de A1

Nee, slaan ze de eerste wedstrijden c.q. eerste seizoen wellicht over..........als je maar die licentie/franchise te pakken hebt Een gouden belegging

Mocht RfB daadwerkelijk aan de start komen dan voorzie ik een beetje hetzelfde probleem als voor RfH. Goede teams maar geen specifieke single-seater know-how in huis. Dams, Carlin en naar alle waarschijnlijkheid Coloni gaan dan ieder drie teams runnen. Toch knap dat die eigenwijze Hollanders en hopelijk ook de Belgen hun eigen koers gaan varen.

Ik dacht dat de Zwitserse franchise in handen was van Frederic Dor. Of is Dor eigenaar en Welti teammanager?

Bedoel je dit negatief of positief? Het is een landenkampioenschap dus het is eigenlijk het mooiste dat het team ook uit het betreffende land komt. Kijk dat Libanon of Pakistan bedrijven als Carlin of DAMS inhuren is begrijpelijk, echter een land als Duitsland moet toch zelf een team kunnen runnen.

Voor de teams die nog niet getest hebben is er komende maandag een testdag:

Er wordt gemompeld dat Japan en Italië ook als team aanwezig zullen zijn. Zelfs een vijfde team zou dan bekend gemaakt gaan worden. Dat zou de deelname op 25 teams brengen, een ongekend groot aantal voor een startende serie.

De eerste twee races moet elk team in elk geval zonder schade proberen te rijden, want de tweede auto komt voor elk team pas bij de derde wedstrijd beschikbaar.

Positief. Nederland en hopenlijk België kiezen op die manier niet voor de makkelijkste weg. Als ze dan succes weten te boeken geeft dat veel meer glans aan een overwinning. Althans, dat is mijn persoonlijke mening.............met de nodige miljoenen kan ik ook aankloppen bij Carlin, Dams, ASM of Coloni.
