Zoals eerder gezegd, die duisters zijn er nog niet helemaal uit Neemt niet weg dat ik even Rudiger Noll aan een "Google onderzoek" heb onderworpen

Toch wat leuks gevonden:
Veel foto's van de Ur-Quattro

Tja en dan wel de meest verrassende vondst is de samenwerking met Haller Motorsport De Ur-Quattro van Noll is daarop terug te vinden. Wat heeft Haller Motorsport met Belcar te maken? Haller Motorsport is de technische partner van Kuismanen Racing. De Viper en Audi van Kuismanen worden daar onderhouden.

Op het gebied van motoren kun je dus vanalles verwachten, maar met IMSA Audi motoren is zeer zeker een van de opties. Kuismanen heeft in 1997 in het STT gereden met een Audi 90 IMSA GTO.

Moest dat plan van Noll uitkomen (een "oude" STW maar met de look van de nieuwe A4) zou dit prachtig zijn voor de Belcar. Zo'n auto's (d.i. échte auto's aangepast om te racen) heeft de Belcar nodig...

Volgens Pitstop.tv een C5R P&M van Selleslagh Slaus Voor de Belcar, de ELMS en de 24 uur van Spa.
Er wordt onderhandeld met vier piloten
Marc Goossens, Fred Bouvy, Kurt Mollekens en Vincent Vosse.

Goed nieuws zou ik zo zeggen.

Te lezen op Pitstop.TV :

Carsport Belgium, het nieuwe team rond Patrick Selleslagh en Patrick Slaus wil in 2004 met een Corvette C5 de LMES, de 24 Uren van Francorchamps en ....de Belcar rijden.

Dat zal dan met een nieuwe Chevy zijn.

Wishful thinking : als er nu nog iemand geld genoeg heeft om de wagen van Marc Vannerum te kopen, hebben we meteen 2 Corvettes in de Belcar.

Marc Goossens, Fred Bouvy, Kurt Mollekens en Vincent Vosse: vuurwerk gegarandeerd. Die horen toch bij de tien snelste mannen hier in België en hebben allemaal de nodige ervaring. Wie er nu uiteindelijk overblijft maakt niet zoveel uit denk want ze zijn toch serieus aan elkaar gewaagd. Bouvy zal wel zo goed als zeker zijn van een plaatsje. Ik vermoed dat Goossens en/of Vosse (zeker 1 van de twee) ook een stuur zal krijgen. De reden is niet ver te zoeken me dunkt: Michelin banden.

Pfffff, jongens dat is nog oud nieuws uit 2003, dat staat al sinds 31-12 in deze thread te lezen . Alleen het Belcar gedeelte is nieuw voor mij.............

Hoe gaan die heren dat doen op Nurnburgring?

Wordt dat dan soortgelijke Corvette voor Carsport Belgium als de Williams-Corvette?
Konden ze die toch evengoed kopen...

Dat van de Belcar wist ik ook nog niet! Toch wel een titelkandidaat gezien de rijdersopstelling. Op pitstop.tv stond al bron: Custers/pba ...

Die Custers zal niet mijn leerkracht nederlands zijn, maar eerder Joost van DSC ? Kan hij er misschien wat meer over vertellen?

Nee, daar hebben we nog niks van gelezen op het internet of in de welbekende boekjes. Zodra we ergens iets kunnen lezen over Kuismanen en consorten zullen we dat hier plaatsen

Nog vlugger dan verwacht kan ik een bron (start 84) vermelden waarin staat we Kuismanen voor 2004 mogen terug verwachten. De Viper is tot op de laatste bout uit elkaar gehaald en wederom in elkaar gezet.

Zou raar wezen als Kuismanen zijn budget niet bij elkaar kreeg

De Vipers stromen binnen, David Hart en Mike Hezemans gaan de grijze Viper uit 2002 inzetten voor een seizoen Belcar 2004.

Volens Hart mogen we in Belcar 2004 3 Vipers en 2 Corvettes verwachten.

In Zandvoort waren nog meer Belcar nieuwtjes te horen:

Jan de Wit: keuze tussen Belcar en Euro GT met een Marcos Mantis, of kiest ie toch voor de MWV6 series?

Pim van Riet: Hoogstwaarschijnlijk een Porsche of een Viper voor de Belcar, misschien een BMW Z3 (die van LVC of Belien ?)

Meindert van Buren heeft een Viper gekocht................
