Btcs 2005
Wat we voor de andere autosporttakken doen moeten we uiteraard ook doen voor de BTCS. Met vermelding van bron zoals jullie al duidelijk is in de andere, gelijkaardige threads :

2 Jaguars Silhouette (zou kunnen, niet zeker) : Turbo Magazine N° 129

Was er geen sprake van een Ferrari 360 Challenge ? Voor Bouvy dacht ik. Kan dit ?

Als ik dat zo is bezie dan is dat allemaal welmooi. Maa het is nog altijd geen Belgian TOURINGCAR series. Waar zijn de mooie beloften van de start van dit kampioenschap? Een jaartje met Gt's en dan een touringcar kampioenschap.

Heb dat inderdaad eens ergens gelezen in een of andere press release. Voor hetBTCS wilde Bouvy een 360 inzetten. Welke versie? geen idee.

Nog een deelnemer: Patrick Rosbach zal van start gaan in een Clio, Rosbach was de co-piloot van Jean-Pierre Vandewauwer in 2004. Dus van Rally naar Race... staat te lezen op www.turbomagazine.be

Als ik dat goed gelezen heb, dan gaat Bouvy de 360 Modena Challenge rijden, en met diezelfde wagen gaat hij dan ook in het BTCS deelnemen, zonder veranderingen omdat die races mekaar redelijk snel gaan opvolgen. Het ging om een Europees Kampioenschap dus de kans is reeel dat Bouvy niet alle BTCS races zal kunnen rijden, ook ging hij normaal verder met PSI in de Belcar, dus het wordt druk. En met NIVEA had hij een deal omtrent de mini cup. Heel druk programma

maar waar heb ik dat weer gelezen ... misschien www.autosport.be (daar staat momenteel ook een min of meer voorlopig sportief reglement online heb ik gezien)

Dit is wat Fred Bouvy zelf op 01.11.2004 wist te vertellen aan de redactie van www.racingworld.be :

Ik dacht dat het op de op één na beste autosportsite stond, niet dus, het stond op de beste!

Een 996 voor Bouvy en David Loix, te lezen op pitstoptv.be Definitieve bevestiging a.s. vrijdag 28-01 op de Show in Luik.

GPR racing zou aan de start komen met twee 997 Supercups......dat gaan ze ook vertellen in Luik

Zelf omgebouwde 997's geen fabrieks cups

Voor die definitieve bevestiging hoeft men niet te wachten tot a.s. vrijdag, aangezien Fred Bouvy dit op 20-01-05 reeds volmondig bevestigde aan Racingworld.be :

David Loix maakt de overstap van de BMW silhouette naar Porsche en wordt dus teamgenoot van Bouvy bij PSI in BTCS. De wagen waarmee het duo zal aantreden is een Porsche Supercup 996, versie 2004, met enkele nieuwe specificaties."

Een MG ZT V8 4.6 liter voor Motorsport International, mogelijk gemaakt door MG Rover Belux. Turbomagazine

Volgens La Dernière Heure, en te lezen via pitstoptv , mogen we in 2005 verwachten:

GPR - Porsche 997 / Laurent Nef-Sylvie Delcour
GPR - Porsche 997 / Pascal Mathieu-Martial Chouvel
Lupant - BMW Silhouette / Steve Van Bellingen-Armand Fumal
Lupant - BMW Silhouette / ??
Thiry Racing International - Jaguar Silhouette / Jérôme Thiry-David Dermont
Thiry Racing International - Jaguar Silhouette / ??

De PSI Porsche van Fred Bouvy en David Loix was al langer gekend.
