Roadster Cup... valse start?!
Normaal gezien had dit weekend de "roadster cup" ( zie hier op vwfuncup.com ) van start moeten gaan in het voorprogramma van de 25h VW Fun Cup.
Er stond echter géén wedstrijd op het programma en ook géén demonstratierondjes... er was enkel 1 demonstratiemodel aanwezig. Weet er iemand waar het probleem juist zit? Te weinig inschrijvingen, problemen met de produktie van de wagens of nog iets anders?

In het programmaboekske van de 25H stond dat de productie vertraging had opgelopen. Vandaar slechts één presentatiemodel. In het najaar zou het veld volledig moeten zijn.

Er wordt dan wel heel traag gebouwd lijkt me. Dat presentatiemodel heeft al op de motorshow in luik gestaan ondertussen zijn we toch weer paar maanden verder.

ze hebben de auto sneller gemaakt tot tevredenheid van de kopers naar het schijnt
ze waren al gebouwd, maar op alle modellen moesten nog een paar extra's bijgebouwd worden zodat de referentietijden op franco rond de 2'54'' zouden liggen en daarbuiten zijn er naar het schijnt te weinig geinteresseerden voor deze maxi fun cup

Is deze cup verwezen naar de eeuwige jachtvelden? Tijdens de eerste meeting van het BTCS 2005 zie ik deze wagens meerijden.............
