Ik ben bang dat het vooral Eurosport 2 is met om de paar uur een kwartiertje op Eurosport 1.
Hoop dat Eurosport zo slim is om gewoon een live-stream van 24-uur uit te zenden via internet, dus net zoals bij FIA GT/WTCC.

Voor de testdagen over twee weken hebben ze voor beide wagens nog steeds niet officieel aan de ACO doorgegeven wat de rijders zullen zijn...

Net als Spyker, Noel de Bello en JMB overigens.

We zullen nooit een MC12 zien op Le Mans volgens een verklaring van Claudio Berro (Chef Maserati Sport) in de Autosport van 19-05-05. Het programma om een Le Mans spec. MC12 te ontwikkelen is stopgezet wegen te hoge kosten. Ze overwegen wel om een GT2 versie te ontwikkelen van het model waarme ze racen in de Trofeo-cup.

Meer dan zeven MC12's zullen er niet gebwoud worden. Op dit moment leggen ze de laatste hand aan het zevende chassis. 5 wagens weet ik te vinden......, 2 voor JMB, 2 voor Bartels en eentje voor het Italiaanse Racing Box. Waar o waar is dat 6de chassis?

Een pagina verderop begint Berro te zeuren dat er iets moet worden gedaan aan de dominantie van de AM DBR9, voor de 24 uur van Spa zouden alle wagens op een gelijk nivo moeten zitten. Referentie is volgens hem de Ferrari 550, de kampioenswagen van 2004............toch sterk dat die Berro begint te zeuren. Wie is er begonnen met ontwikkelen van een wagen die niet helemaal de geest van het reglement volgt?

Als ik in een quote zeg dat Eurosport bijna 8 uur van de 24 Uren van Le Mans (de race zelf) live gaat uitzenden, dan klopt dat ook en dan hoeft dat niet in twijfel getrokken te worden. En nee niet op Eurosport 2, maar op Eurosport.

Hier is het voorlopige zendschema:

zat 18 juni

09:00 - 09:45 warm up
09:45 - 10:00
10:00 - 10:15 (opgenomen reportage)
10:15 - 11:15 Legends
15:30 - 17:30
21:00 - 22:30

zon 19 juni

08:30 - 10:00
12:00 - 13:00
14:45 - 16:15

Alles LIVE, behalve die ene opgenomen reportage.
Dus ALLES op Eurosport.

Wat de live stream via eurosport.com betreft. Uiteraard is de kwaliteit nu beter dan een jaar geleden. De technologie in die sector evolueert enorm snel, zodat de kwaliteit almaar beter wordt. De live streams van WTCC of FIA GT zijn in goeie kwaliteit zelfs full screen te bekijken.

Ik twijfelde er niet aan dat Eurosport veel (live) aandacht aan LM zou besteden, echter ik was alleen bang dat dat vooral op Eurosport 2 zou zijn. Dit 2e kanaal kan ik niet ontvangen.

FIRE,

Je lijkt wel een journalist, je gaat altijd uit van het negatieve.

Le Mans is een race, waarop rechten staan. Ik weet niet of Eurosport de rechten voor TV én www heeft. Maar als ze de online-rechten hebben, dan kun je er van op aan dat Eurosport de volle 24 Uren live zal brengen in uitstekende stream-kwaliteit. Daarbij wel vertellen dat die kwaliteit afhangt van je verbinding, van de snelheid van je computer, misschien wel van het weer ... van veel dus. Maar normaal gezien is de kwaliteit prima.

Eurosport 2 is een nieuwe zender die een combinatie is van live-reportages en Eurosportnews. De zender zal meer en meer de klemtoon leggen op minder bekende sporten, vermoed ik. Als ik het goed begrepen heb, moet er voor betaald worden. En de zender zendt op dit moment enkel in het Engels uit. Niet in het Vlaams of Nederlands.

Waarom zou het Franse team Del Bello "Netherlands" op de wagen hebben? Nederlandse coureur? Twee Franse coureurs zijn reeds bevestigd, de 3e coureur is nog niet bekend.

Er staat ook BeLux op de splitter aan de voorzijde. Wellicht een multinational die elk land een beetje laat meebetalen? Uiteraard staan wij Nederlanders er weer groter op dan de rest. Net zoals bij de Europese gemeenschap betalen we het meeste en krijgen we het minste terug

Ik heb mijn kaarten gisteren toegestuurd gekregen, wie gaat er hier nog van de paddock naar Le Mans en welke dag vertrekken jullie?

Wij vertrekken dinsdag al met de mobilhome.

Nog meer "Hollands" nieuws............oops, sorry dit keer is het een Chinees Volgens Autosport is GruppeM (oorspronkelijke basis Hongkong?) dichtbij een overeenkomst met Ho Pin Tung. De rest van het LMES zou ook op de agenda staan voor deze polder-Chinees
