De Porsche LMP2 zal tijdens Petit Le Mans bestuurd worden door Maassen, Luhr en Collard.

Na wat googelen heb ik daarnet een artikel én foto's van het nieuwe Porsche prototype gevonden.

Ziet er zeker niet slecht uit, een beetje conservatief op de neus na.
Reeds in de Racecar Engineering van deze maand spreekt men ervan dat de meest inovatie onder de kap zou zitten.
Let op de uitlaat die net voor de achterwielen de kas verlaat.
Vrij ongebruikelijk voor een proto.
Hopelijk cancellen ze dit niet meer zoals ze reeds in '99 gedaan hebben met hun vermeende LMP1 ...

Deze proto van Porsche gaan ze op dezelde manier in de markt zetten als de GT3-RSR in de afgelopen jaren. Ze voorzien met deze wagen in de behoefte van een aantal (toekomstige) Porsche klanten.

Denk dat we de LMP2 over enkele jaren inderdaad in handen gaan zien van vele privateers .....en dat Porsche de LMP2 klasse gaat domineren zoals ze nu doen in GT2 .

Er staat nieuw fotomateriaal van de Porsche RS Spyder op Mulsanne's Corner. Het ontwerp van de neus is wat geperfectioneerd.
