De jonge knaap is er op een nat wegdek afgegaan ter hoogte van post 14.
Iets over de curbs en de wagen was weg. Heel het circuit lag vol brokstukken. Wat ik wel mooi vond van deze rijder is dat hij zelf al aan 't opruimen was voor alleer de Marshall Jeep er was. Mvg...

Heeft iemand ook de crash gezien van één van die BMW 120 in de chicane (niet zolang voor het einde van de training). Piloot had de chicane te veel afgesneden en is door die enorme curbstones de controle verloren. Vervolgens knalde de BMW loeihard in de muur aan de rechterkant bij het opgaan van de sarcramentsheuvel. Het lollige hieraan is dat de BWM blijkbaar wel tegen een stootje kan. Het linker voorwiel stond niet meer recht en de auto zag er toch nogal beschadigd uit. Desondanks kon de piloot de wagen, weliswaar met een slakkengang naar de pits brengen....

Als ik de foto van die BMW in de grindbak bekijk, is de afwatering op Zolder weer goed in orde.

Yep,
en het takelen ging ook niet erg vlot. Eerst achteraan vastmaken en...krak, trekoog kapot. Dan maar vooraan vastmaken en...krak, opnieuw trekoog kapot. De baanpost die de takeling moest uitvoeren zakte tot aan zijn knieën in het grind (en water...).
