thanks for the responses guys

en om iedereen zo een beetje tevreden te stellen
2 soorten Vette's, Aston, Saleen & dan nog eens de Peugeot side vieuw, so vind ik hem toch echt bangelijk

Opmerkelijk nieuws: Embassy Racing heeft de Rollcentre Radical gekocht.

Eerst een nieuwe Pilbeam kopen, daarna wat tegenslag vanwege de late aflevering en technische problemen tijdens de test op Paul Ricard en dan nu een extra LMP2 kopen. Waarom niet direct de Radical gekocht?

De Pilbeam zal wel een pak goedkoper geweest zijn. De prijs van de Radical zal ondertussen wel een pak gezakt zijn. Hebben ze de Rollcentre wagen echt gekocht of huren ze hem?

Ik kan mij moeilijk inbeelden dat de Pilbeam ooit sneller zal zijn dan de Radical. De verleiding zal groot zijn om dit jaar gewoon niet over te schakelen naar de Pilbeam.

De Rollcentre Radical is teruggetrokken uit de 24 uren van Le Mans deelnemerslijst, reden: zie boven!!!

Gevolg : PSi Experience mag voor de eerste keer in Le Mans deelnemen !!!
2 piloten zijn al bevestigd: Claude-Yves Gosselin en David Hollyday (het zoontje van ...)

De Pilbeam zal inderdaad tot de goedkoopste LMP2's behoren, echter om echt competatief te worden is er werk aan de winkel (dus ook een investering in tijd en geld nodig). De Radical is competatief (betrouwbaarheid kan beter).

Uiteraard goed nieuws voor PSI, maar toch zag ik liever 2 Radicals dan 5 Corvettes

Het zal er mij echter niet van weerhouden om in juni naar La Sarthe te trekken

Maar vind het langs de andere kant wel jammer van de Petersen/White Lightning Ferrari, was toch wel een kanshebber.

mja, ALMS racet dit weekend in Long Beach, nog zo'n smal stratencircuit als St.-Petersburg


hopen natuurlijk dat er niets fout loopt zoals met Enge in St. Pete, maar de kans zit er in (al is de wedstrijd een uur korter dan gewoonlijk)

Ene Adrian Newey zien we aan de start van Le Mans in een AF Corse 430, samen met Joe Macari en Ben Aucott (kent u deze twee heren?). Er zouden zelfs Red Bull stickertjes op de wagen zitten. Die Newey heeft leuke tertaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
