Volgens de Autosport van 23.10 mogen we het volgende verwachten in 2009:
Team Abt & Phoenix-(Carsport): ieder twee wagens in het FIA GT3 Team Rosberg: 2 wagens in ADAC GT3 Coureurs? Onbekend maar reken niet op de DTM gasten wegens te goed voor FIA GT3 nivo  Tenzij SRO/Ratel weer kronkels krijgen in hun eigen reglementen

Vlak voor de start van het seizoen hebben we een zicht waar we de Audi R8 GT3 aan het werk gaan zien:
ARGO (BE - Malmedy) => ADAC GT Phoenix (DE -Nurburg) => BGTC Phoenix => ADAC GT Phoenix => FIA GT3 Phoenix => VLN Rosberg => FIA GT3 Rosberg => ADAC GT Abt => ADAC GT Oreca =>FFSA GT Audi Sport Italia => Italiaans GT3 Quote:
Het kan aan mij liggen maar ik vermoed toch dat Audi aan de touwtjes trekt achter de schermen. De inzet van Argo in DE en van Phoenix in BE is een kanp staaltje hoe er in totaliteit meer geld benodigd is voor het runnen van twee wagens dan in feite nodig is met Audi als regisseur.
